Update: Early 2025
A rebuilt back-end, match result comments and likes, photo uploads, and tournament creation.
The first months of 2025 were mostly about foundations. The back-end moved to Convex, and the features built on top of it followed quickly.
Improvements
Match Results
- Comments and likes on match results.
- Editing and deleting your own match results.
- Photo uploads, with a button to add photos to an existing result.
- A faction drop-down on the Flames of War V4 match result form.
Tournaments
- Tournaments can now be created and edited from within the app.
- Tournaments can be published and deleted.
Fixes
- Duplicate mission IDs were fixed.
- Round duration is now saved correctly.
Under the Hood
- The data layer was migrated off its original database and onto Convex, which makes live updates, faster queries, and the features above possible.
- Static data such as missions and factions was restructured.
